Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with the website rawsegment.online. The entity responsible for it is Full Life studio s.r.o., Nové náměstí 1370/11, Uhříněves, 104 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, company registration 29140676, contactable at info@rawsegment.online. Where this policy says “we”, it means that company and nobody else.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. The structure below follows those principles in order, so that you can check each one against what this site actually does.
This policy covers rawsegment.online only. It does not cover any other website you reach from here, including the Crossout website reached through the affiliate links described on our Affiliate Disclosure page, the Australian government sites named in the course, or anything else. Those sites publish their own policies and are governed by them.
The short version
Two kinds of personal information exist here: the access logs kept by the server that delivers the pages, and the content of any email you send us. Nothing else. This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party content, and it requests nothing from any other server when you load a page.
APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information
This policy is linked from the footer of every page. Our handling of personal information is simple enough to describe in full rather than in summary: the categories, purposes, recipients and retention periods below are the complete picture, not examples. Questions go to info@rawsegment.online; complaints are dealt with further down.
APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity
You can read every page of this site, including the whole course and the checklists, without identifying yourself in any way. We ask for nothing and there is nothing to decline.
If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous address and need not give your real name. The exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we may need enough information to be satisfied the request is yours.
APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information
We solicit personal information in exactly one way: by publishing an email address so that you can write to us. If you do, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message and any attachment you send.
Separately, and not by our solicitation, our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs for the site. Those logs record your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string.
Nothing else is collected. To be explicit: this site has no contact form, no search box, no comment field, no newsletter signup, no account or login, no progress saving or quiz, no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no analytics, no advertising or conversion tags, no web fonts, no embedded video, no social widgets, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. When your browser loads a page here, it requests files from this site and from no other server.
APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information
Sometimes an email contains personal information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details about a third party, or an attachment sent for context. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete it. Where it is bound up in a message we must keep to deal with the matter, it is kept on the same terms as the rest of the message and used for nothing else.
APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information
This page is the notification, available before you decide to write to us and linked from the Contact page. It names the collecting entity, what is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, that our providers may hold it outside Australia, and how to access, correct or complain.
APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information
Each category of information is used only for its own purpose.
| Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Server access logs | Keeping the site secure, preventing and investigating abuse, and diagnosing faults. | 30 days, after which they are deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course. |
| Email you send us | Reading and replying to your message, and nothing else. | 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless the message is needed in connection with a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter ends. |
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information for marketing, and we never will under this policy. We disclose personal information to a third party only where the law requires or authorises it — for example a lawful request from a court or a regulator — and otherwise only to the service providers named under Recipients below, who handle it on our behalf.
APP 7 — Direct marketing
We do not use personal information for direct marketing. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no course reminder, no re-engagement email and no advertising audience built from anything that happens here. If you write to us, you will receive a reply and nothing further.
APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Two service providers handle information on our behalf and are not named in this policy: our hosting provider, which operates the server and keeps the access logs, and our email service provider, which receives messages sent to our address. Both may store or process information on servers located outside Australia, in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. Full Life studio s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so information reaching us is in the ordinary course accessed from the European Union.
APP 9 — Government related identifiers
Not applicable to this site: we do not adopt, use or disclose any government related identifier, and we never ask for one.
APP 10 — Quality of personal information
The only personal information we hold that you could meaningfully correct is what you have written to us yourself. If something in our correspondence with you is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, tell us and we will correct it. Server access logs are an automatic technical record and are not edited; they simply expire.
APP 11 — Security of personal information
The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. There is no database behind it and no submitted content is stored, because nothing can be submitted. The hosting account and the mailbox are accessible only to people working for Full Life studio s.r.o., using individual credentials. We hold no certification and claim compliance with no security standard beyond what is described here. Information no longer needed for its purpose, and not required to be kept, is deleted.
APP 12 — Access to personal information
You may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for a copy. Write to info@rawsegment.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge, and we respond within 30 days. For almost everyone the answer will be that we hold nothing but a log entry that is about to expire.
APP 13 — Correction of personal information
You may ask us to correct personal information we hold about you. Use the same address and the same subject line, say what is wrong and what it should say, and we will respond within 30 days. If we decide not to make a correction, we will tell you why in writing, and you can ask us to attach a statement noting that you consider the information inaccurate.
Affiliate links and what they do
This site carries paid affiliate links to one product, described in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Clicking one takes you off rawsegment.online. From that moment the destination site and the affiliate network operating the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us, under their own policies rather than this one. We cannot control or switch that off; read their notices before you click, or do not click.
Full Life studio s.r.o. receives commission reports from the affiliate network. Those reports are used only to reconcile payments. We do not seek, and have no interest in obtaining, information that identifies individual readers, and we do not attempt to connect any report to anything that happened on this site.
Recipients
The only recipients of personal information connected with this site are our hosting provider and our email service provider, each handling only what is described above. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, content delivery networks or plug-in vendors involved, because this site uses none.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled personal information, write to info@rawsegment.online. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate it and respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
Data breaches
If we become aware of unauthorised access to, unauthorised disclosure of, or loss of personal information we hold, we assess it promptly. Where the incident is likely to result in serious harm to the people affected, we notify them and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 16. Its subject matter is written for an adult making decisions about software, including decisions on behalf of a younger person in the household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and we collect nothing from anyone that would identify their age.
If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom
Full Life studio s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so European data protection law applies to our handling of personal information alongside the Australian principles set out above.
Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interests in operating a secure and functioning website. Our legal basis for handling the content of your email is taking steps at your request and responding to your enquiry. We do not rely on consent for anything, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing to consent to.
Subject to the conditions in the law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to our handling of it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@rawsegment.online to exercise any of them.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top is updated on the same day. Where a change is material — a new category of information, a new recipient, a new purpose — we flag it in a note at the top of this page and leave the note there for 30 days.
