There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Email is the only channel, and it goes straight to the publisher.

What we can help with

• Corrections: a sentence in the course that is wrong, out of date or unclear. Tell us the page and the sentence.
• Broken links, or an official Australian resource that has moved.
• Questions about how the site is funded, which are answered on the Affiliate Disclosure page but we are happy to answer again.
• Privacy requests, complaints about our own handling of information, and anything else arising from the Privacy Policy.
• Legal or press enquiries about the publisher.

What we cannot help with

Raw Segment is not a game publisher, a reseller or an official support channel for any product mentioned in the course. We hold no game accounts, process no payments and have no access to anybody's purchase history. Specifically, we cannot recover a lost game account, refund an in-game purchase, resolve a technical fault in a game, moderate another player's behaviour, or pass a message to a vendor. Those all belong with the vendor's own support, whose details are on the vendor's own site.

We also cannot give legal, financial, security or medical advice. Where the course touches those areas it points at the Australian body responsible — the ACCC, Scamwatch, the eSafety Commissioner, the OAIC, the ACSC or the Australian Classification Board — and that is where those questions should go.

What happens to your message

Your email is received by our email service provider and read by people working for Full Life studio s.r.o. It is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim, and it is used only to reply to you. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. The details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

You do not need to identify yourself to write to us. A pseudonymous address is fine for general correspondence; the exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we may need enough information to be satisfied the request is yours.

Response times

General correspondence is usually answered within a few business days. Privacy requests and complaints about our handling of information are answered within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy complaint, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
